COURSE

The Muddy Monster cross country run promises to be a scenic and relatively flat course. Participants will run almost entirely on grass and trails and may even get a little “muddy”.

All races begin and finish in Seminole Valley Park.  The course begins near the park pavilion and runs counterclockwise.  Participants will take a loop through Ushers Ferry Historic Village, run through the Seminole Valley Farm, and continue through the plains and trails of the park.  Runners competing in the 15K will follow a 3 lap loop.  The course presents itself as extremely spectator friendly which will be great for everyone to cheer on their family and see their favorite costumes!

The course will be clearly marked with mile markers visible at every mile and water stations will support hydration needs.

The Monster Mile is exclusively for young athletes 17 & under. The mile course will consist of one loop through Seminole Valley Park.

The Lil’ Monster Dash will be approximately 1/4 mile and will begin and end near race headquarters at Seminole Valley.

Please note, ghoul and ghostly sightings have been reported in the area.
